Since each client's needs are unique and vary in size and complexity, fees are based on an hourly rate per project basis.
If your
business requires a few hours of administrative or virtual office support
during the month, our hourly rate may be the best for you. All hourly
work requires a 50% advance deposit of the estimate and balance due is
required before final project delivery. For more information on

For on-going client assignments, payment is due upon completion of service.

Revisions or additions to original work are charged at the applicable rate.

Additional expenses, such as postage, supplies, materials, etc. will generally be billed at cost, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Rush service is available at an additional 25% of total invoice.
